摘要
医疗卫生事业的发展对医学人才培养提出了更高的要求,传统的以教师为中心的医学教育教学模式已无法满足新时代医学人才培养的需求。目前医学教育教学中主要有LBL、CBL、PBL和TBL等模式,每种教学模式都有各自的优缺点。我国高等院校医学教育应充分重视教学模式的改革,结合学科专业特点探索多种教学模式相结合,注重与现代信息技术相融合,建立、完善一套适应新时代医学人才培养的教学模式,从而提高医学教育教学质量。

ABSTRACT
The development of medical and health undertakings has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of medical talents. The traditional teacher-centered teaching mode in medical education has been unable to meet the needs of the cultivation of medical talents in the new era. At present, there are mainly LBL, CBL, PBL, and TBL teaching modes in medical education. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Medical colleges and universities in China should attach enough importance on the reform of teaching mode, explore the combination of multiple teaching modes and make full use of modern information technology to establish and develop a set of teaching model suitable for the cultivation of medical talents in the new era, so as to improve the teaching quality of medical education.

1. 引言
随着我国经济社会和医疗卫生事业的飞速发展,人们对医生提出了越来越高的要求,推动着医学教育不断变革和创新。新时代的医学教育强调培养学生的科学素质和人文素质,注重提高学生的实践能力和创新能力。传统单一的以教师为中心的教学模式已无法满足医学人才培养的需求,教学模式改革是医学教育改革、提高教育质量的核心 [1] 。以学生为中心的教学模式注重学生综合能力和素质的培养,成为现代医学教育教学改革的主要方向 [2] ,我国高等院校医学教育开始探索实践PBL、CBL、TBL等以学生为主体的教学模式。
